I was fortunate enough to work with Ms. Pam for many years. As I worked for Ms. Pam, I watched her have those honest conversations. I watched her be fair and consistent, in the way she treated us. I watched her demonstrate a line of respect, automatically to others. I watched her learn along the way and pass down her teachings to us.
